When can you contact us?
Our facilities are open from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday.
Do you use a courier agency for deliveries?
Only in situations where it is necessary, there are various daily delivery routes throughout Madrid. Whenever it is necessary to send deliveries to other locations, we use our trusted delivery agency to send items anywhere (Spain, Portugal, Prague, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany, etc.)
Can you provide me with stationary supplies, stamps…?
We do not normally offer these services, however, if you are a client and in addition to a printing job, you also want us to deliver self-inking stamps or daters, printer paper, toner, pens, markers, etc…we will take care of everything, providing you with a sampler of the many products that we provide you with.
I only need small print run, what is the minimum amount of copies?
When we plan out your project, we consider the possibility of using digital printing (digital offset, signs, or simply ink) or another solution. We will provide you with an offer according to your expectations and taking into account the greatest relationship between quality, price and quantity.
What type of files do you work with?
Ideally, you should send us a high quality PDF file, however if that is not available, you can send files created with Illustrator…with all the texts outlined. If you have an InDesign file, don’t forget to attach the fonts. Remember if we receive a PDF file, you can be sure that the PDF is prepared for offset printing (with images in CMYK…)

Will the finished result be the same as what I see on my screen?
We are sorry to say, but probably not, unless the monitor was calibrated with the adequate tools. Take in account that light behaves differently in every medium, and the same ink appears different when printed on different types of paper. However, when we receive your files and we see that even the smallest detail will not turn out as you want, we will contact you.
I would like to do an exact reprint, what do you need?
No need to worry, once we have received the new order, we probably have your “originals” saved in our database, the date when they were used, the characteristics, quantity, etc… We can access this information to carry out your order.
In addition, the new technology with which we create our printing plates guarantees an unlimited number of printings that are 100% precise and ecological.
